          For almost a year now Instabind, LLC has been in negotiations with Bond Products to license to them the rights to market, manufacture and sell Instabind. As of July 07, 2006 this agreement was made.

          Bond Products has been in the flooring Industry since 1942.  They produce narrow fabrics for binding and machinery for binding carpets and rugs.  Under the leadership of Brian Milnes and Dave Shaible, Bond products is looking for new and innovative items to bring to market and Instabind fits right in with their current lines, giving their customers the latest in binding technology and quick and inexpensive alternatives to traditional binding methods.

          Both Kelly Huddleston and I developed Instabind to allow installers and the general public, which do not own binding equipment, to install binding on carpets for runners and small rugs onsite.  Because of Bond Products’ years of experience in the industry and a strong client list that trusts the Bond name, it just makes sense for Instabind to align itself with such a reputable company.

          The plan is to bring more focus to Instabind products through the already well established marketing stream that has been built over the last 6 decades by Bond Products.  Bond also brings to the table a much more efficient manufacturing plant and will be capable of handling larger orders and distribution will become much more expedient. Kelly and I sincerely appreciate all of the distributors, retailers, sales people and installers that have shown faith in our products and been loyal customers and users of Instabind.  We know that changes can often be unsettling, but we are very confident that this merger will help make Instabind easier to order, purchase and sell for you and your clients.

          Our manufacturing is moving from La Junta Colorado to Philadelphia Pennsylvania, the home of Bond Products.  Production will be down during the moving process July 10, 2006 and will resume July 19, 2006. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  The toll free number of 1-866-INSTABIND will still be in operation to take your orders. Kelly Huddleston and I will remain involved and are still the primary owners of the patent, patent pending and copyrights associated with Instabind, LLC.

          We will be joining Bond Products at their booth at the CFI convention in August 2006 and Surfaces 2007 in Vegas to help promote Instabind.
